Nerja Holiday Rentals - Services and Fees

A very cost effective, internet marketing system for owners of holiday rental accommodation in Nerja and nearby. Owners get a website for their property and can easily and quickly change its content from any online computer.

The following prices are all based upon owners following our clear instructions, writing their own descriptions, selecting options from drop down menus and inserting photos.
We are happy to undertake this initial work for clients but are now forced to charge a nominal (once only) setup fee of 60 euros. Subsequent changes to photos or prices etc. will be charged at 20 euros per hour (minimum 10 euros).

Clients are always encouraged to try for themselves.... it really is easy and very satisfying with our system - particularly keeping the calendar up to date as bookings come in.

1. Fixed annual payment:

The annual fee is 125 euros per year. Subsequent renewal payments become due on the anniversary of your website's initial activation. Note that if we build it for you the 60 euro once-only fee is added.

All incoming enquiries from your website go immediately to the email address you supply upon joining us.

You are free to elect not to use the online availability calendar since we are not being paid commission..

You are given a private personalised web address for your own advertising purposes and visitors who use it will not be routed via the Nerja Property Rentals property listing pages.

2. Commission-only Payment:

Would you prefer to pay us on a commission-only basis and have no fixed annual costs?

We take 10% of booking fees and all incoming enquiries from your website come to us for initial processing. Payment is due as soon as deposits are received. We prefer owners to collect deposits and we trust them to keep us informed of payment transactions that affect us.

Owners who want a personal web address are required to pay a once-only set up fee of 20 euros.

It is a condition of using the commission-only scheme that owners agree to:

Display our Online Availability Calendar permanently on their websites and keep it up-to-date at all times. We need this information to enable us to respond quickly to enquiries. If we lose a booking due to a calendar not being kept up to date we will expect owners to pay our lost commission.
Keep the published prices up to date at all times and understand that the published prices are final. If they are increased by owners, after we have confirmed them to prospective guests, bookings may be lost and owners will still be expected to pay our commission.
Never pass on enquiries that we generate, to third parties, without our prior consent.
Advise us if they are going to be out of contact so that we can either deactivate their webpage temporarily or accept and finalise bookings on their behalf.

How to join us:

No payment is required before you have seen a preview of your new site and approved it.
Email us your preferred plan (fixed or commission).
Email us your preferred means of paying. (see below).
We will then send you operating instructions etc. by email.
Do you want us to build your website for 60 euros or will you do it? Let us know.
We will set up an owners account for you and send you a password for access.
If you want us to build your website, we will first email you a list of property information that we need (if you have an existing website we will recover as much information as possible from it). On receipt of the information we will construct your website and submit a preview to you for your approval.
If you have opted to pay the fixed annual fee, then as soon as you approve the preview, we will send you a payment request. Your website will be launched on receipt of your payment and you will also receive password access to your website control panel. We assure you that it is extremely easy to change the entire website content from your home PC. You don't HAVE to do it yourself though... we are happy to make any changes for you at 20 euros per hour with a minimum charge of 10 euros.
If you have opted for the commission-only plan, your website will be launched immediately you approve the preview.

How to pay us:

Through PayPal (for secure credit card payment) - we send you a PayPal invoice. **
By transfer into our Spanish Bank account.
By cheque (euros), or cash payment to us in Nerja.
By Sterling transfer into our UK Bank account.

Bank account data will be emailed on request. If you choose to use PayPal please advise and we will organise a PayPal payment request to be emailed to you.

** PayPal are owned by Ebay. They except most credit cards; you no longer have to join; their system is highly secure; there are no currency problems; you get a receipt from them; they are government regulated in all countries of their operation, and it really makes life easier but we regret having to add the current PayPal transaction fee.
